Abstract

The following paper is a commentary on the influence of Covid-19 in the contemporary world. This relationship will be briefly analyzed from philosophy, specifically critical phenomenology. The main characteristics of the current debate on the Covid-19 are revealed. Then, it is defined what death and social death are to critical phenomenology. This essayistic comment is concluded by stressing the need and importance of an ethical turn in contemporary thought and life.
