Dialektika accepted to The Philosopher's Index

In recent days, the editors of The Philosopher's Information Center sent us the official notice that Dialektika: Journal of Philosophical Research and Social Theory had been accepted into The Philosopher's Index.

The Philosopher's Index is the most important and prestigious online database in the field of philosophy. It contains over 650,000 publication records dating back to 1902 from 139 countries in 37 languages.

The index covers all subject areas of philosophy and related disciplines, providing the highest quality indexing and superior search results.

-------------

Researchers gain immediate access to the articles they seek, with full text available in the record, which also includes rich bibliographic information: complete and accurate citations, detailed abstracts by author, and quality indexing by philosopher. Nowhere else can researchers find all this in a single philosophy database.

-Dr. Anne Seshadri, associate editor

------------

The selection process begins when the editors prescreen each publication to ensure that it belongs in philosophy. Indexing is done by a small team of 14 assistant editors, all philosophers.

The Index does not allow users to enter information into the database because it would compromise the quality and integrity of the list.

With this news and despite its short life, Dialektika reaffirms itself as a global reference platform.

For our authors, both those already published and those yet to be published, this means that their articles will have greater visibility and will be exposed to a potential increase in the number of citations.
